Vegetable Beef Soup

My way. I had an idea of how I wanted the soup to turn out but I couldn’t find an exact recipe. So I made my own! Emily and Stephen loved it and it was very filling!

Vegetable Beef Soup

2 cans beef broth
4 cups of water
2 beef bullion cubes
1/2 lb – 1 lb sirloin- cubed and cooked
1 small zucchini, diced
1 small yellow squash, diced
1 russet potato,  diced
1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
1 small bag of mixed vegetables
1 can diced tomatoes, I used a mexican flavor to give it some zip
a dash of dried basil leaves
a dash of thyme

I put all ingredients in the crockpot and cooked on low for several hours.
