Oh so yummy and not too bad for you!
Ingredients
- 2 small packages sugar free vanilla pudding
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup pumpkin (Libby)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (options: cinnamon or nutmeg)
- 1 cup fat free cool whip (I use whole container)
- Beat pudding, milk, pumpkin and spice with a whisk.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Makes 4 portions. 2 pts each if following Weight Watchers.
Keeps 3-4 day in refrigerator.
Easy as 1-2-3 as long as you don’t have a toddler helping you!!!
- Dump in pumpkin
- Fold in cool whip. Fling it at Mommy in the process.
