Pumpkin Mousse

Oh so yummy and not too bad for you!


  • 2 small packages sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin (Libby)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (options: cinnamon or nutmeg)
  • 1 cup fat free cool whip (I use whole container)
  1. Beat pudding, milk, pumpkin and spice with a whisk.
  2. Fold in cool whip.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Makes 4 portions. 2 pts each if following Weight Watchers.

Keeps 3-4 day in refrigerator.


Easy as 1-2-3 as long as you don’t have a toddler helping you!!!
